Manager Alex Cora made some adjustments to his lineup for the series finale against the Toronto Blue Jays, according to Jen McCaffrey. The Red Sox gave Ceddanne Rafaela a day off. He is playing alongside Rob Refsnyder in left field and David Hamilton at second base.
